Our Traditional sponges are made in Our Bakery Kitchen by Our Brigade of professional Chefs.
We make them from Unsalted Quality Butter, Free Range Eggs, Sugar and Flour.
They are Sandwiched together with Butter Cream and Our Home-made Raspberry Jam and finished artistically with Soft Icing.

Chocoholic? Then we'll make you a chocolate sponge and sandwich it together with a chocolate butter cream! (Specify at checkout)
PLEASE GIVE 7 DAYS NOTICE BEFORE YOU PICK UP YOUR CAKE INSTORE.
Due to the nature of these products we are unable to send them to you.
ALLERGY ADVICE: All Our Cakes contain Dairy products and Gluten (the natural protein in all wheat flours!) Although none of them contain nuts we do use nuts for other products made in the same kitchen.
